2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by All-inkl.com (Germany).
All-inkl processes data such as IP addresses and server logs on our behalf to ensure secure and stable website operation.
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation).

3. No Analytics and No Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Matomo, Jetpack Stats, or any tracking tools.
We do not create user profiles or track visitors across websites.

4. Cookies

We currently do not use cookies that require consent under GDPR (such as analytics, advertising, remarketing, or third-party tracking cookies).

If at any time we implement cookie-based tools, a cookie banner will be added and this Privacy Policy will be updated.

5. Contact Form (WPForms Lite)

We use WPForms Lite to provide a contact form.

Data processed

When you submit a message, we process:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content
  • Technical data (IP address, date/time of submission)
Purpose

To respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

Storage

WPForms Lite does not store entries inside WordPress.
Your message is forwarded directly to our email address (daniela@dieluschin.at).

We retain contact form messages only as long as necessary for communication or legal obligations.

6. Instagram Feed Integration

We embed an Instagram feed to display images from our official Instagram account.

When you visit a page with an embedded Instagram feed, your browser may load content directly from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
This can include:

  • IP address
  • Browser information
  • Interaction data with the embedded content

7. Google Fonts (locally hosted / planned)

Our website uses Google Fonts.
To ensure GDPR compliance, these fonts will be locally hosted on our server so that no data is transmitted to Google.

If Google Fonts are temporarily loaded via Google servers before local hosting is implemented, your IP address may be transmitted to Google.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Once local hosting is active, no data will be transmitted to Google.

8. Server Log Files

For security reasons, our server automatically collects technical data:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Visited pages

This data is necessary to ensure website stability and security.

Logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider.
